Hello,
This is one of the power supply regulators. The exact part number is LM26400YMHX/NOPB.
You can order a new one for around ~$4.

Since this part most likely would only get damaged due to electrical overstress or mishandling, you would need to order and replace the part yourself. It should be fairly straightforward for somebody with solder experience to replace this part.
