DCA1000EVM: All leds blink nonstop

Tool/software:

All leds in on the board blink nonstop as soon as I connect the 5volt power supply, as shown in this video

When connecting the board USB ports to the PC no device is detected in the device manager.

I have other DCA1000 that work properly with the same PC, USB-cables, and power supply. So it cannot be neither of them.

Does this mean that the board is dead??

    Hello,

    I would say so, all LEDs blinking should never happen under normal functionality, on top of the fact that you mention you have a second working DCA1000. Please take a video of this behavior and attach it as a response to this thread. Then reach out to you TI Representative or TI Customer Service to go through with a replacement procedure.
