AWRL6844: MIMO mode for 'rangeBiasRxChPhaseMeasure'

I am trying to run rangeBiasRxChPhaseMeasure on AWRL6483.
On the code, it guides to use TDM-MIMO fo doing measurement.
However, when I look deep in side the code, it seems it works onmly for BPM-MIMO(there is bpmSign) as below.
Does the logic measurement function only supports BPM-MIMO??
