For TMP63-Q1 can I connect the sensor like this?

Instead of the typical application which Thermistor's - terminal connected to the GND?

    Hi Egemen,

    I would be careful with your chosen configuration, it should be tested first to make sure the results are in datasheet spec. We do recommend swapping the positions of the bias resistor and the PTC, like in the 2nd diagram. You can place the capacitor in parallel with the PTC though. At DC the capacitor will act as an open circuit, so it wouldn't siphon off current from the PTC.
