LM96080: I need a LM96080CIMT/NOPB part , junction to board resistance and Junction to Case resistance (Thermal Data)

AMC80 is a drop-in replacement for LM96080 that has these parameters in its datasheet. 

These parameters come from package simulations, and will be similar for all devices in the same package.
