Tool/software:

What type and size of volatile memory are the registers in the TMP100MDBVREP ? Are they accessible over I2C?

    Hello Jai-Lynn,

    TMP100-EP uses fuses for memory. All registers are accessible over I2C with reading and writing to the registers. After power cycling the device, the registers will recover to the default values.
