Hi,

We have a customer who ordered two DCA1000EVM boards from Mouser on 29 May 2024.

They have now reported the following issues:

"One board was working but now has stopped, when plugged in the 5V LED turns on but none of the other LEDs - the board is not recognised by mmwave studio.

  The other board was kept as a backup but when tested this does not work - the 5V LED turns on and so does the FPGA LED, but mmwave studio does not recognise the board.

 When plugged in both boards heat up and are very hot. Note that this has been tested with the correct power supplies."

Could you please assist?

    Hello,

    Were you able to capture raw data ever with the chips? If you could take physical pictures of the boards when attempting to operate them, as well as the error you are getting within mmWaveStudio we can continue to go forward.
