We are currently developing a heart rate monitoring product at our company.
We have completed the circuit design and PCB fabrication using TI's IWR6843AOP Single-Chip 60- to 64-GHz mmWave Sensor and the LP87524-Q1 PMIC.
When we apply power for the first time (without any firmware loaded), we observe the following behavior:

The 5V power input draws approximately 1.5A of current.

The mmWave sensor generates significant heat.
We would like to ask for your support regarding whether this is expected behavior, or if there may be an issue with our hardware design.
