We don't currently have an IBIS model for TMP139, but we are looking into creating one. It will appear at this URL when it is available: https://www.ti.com/product/TMP139#design-tools-simulation

Thank you for the reply. It is good to know that we don't have IBIS model of TMP139. Are there any I3C temp sensors which prepare IBIS model?

Shunsuke-san,

TMP139 is currently our only I3C temperature sensor. It was designed for DDR5 and the JEDEC I3C standard. We are working on general purpose temperature sensors that conform to the MIPI I3C standard, but have nothing further to share at this time.
