I see. I created this SPICE model. I was wondering if I could get any help confirming the model or any modifications if required?

* LM26LVCISD-125 SPICE Behavioral Model for KiCad
* VTEMP = 1.920 V - 12.8 mV/°C × T(°C)
* TEMP input is simulated as a voltage in °C

.SUBCKT LM26LVCISD125 VDD GND VTEMP TEMP
* Output voltage based on temperature input
E1 VTEMP GND VALUE = {1.920 - 0.0128 * V(TEMP)}
RLOAD VTEMP GND 100k
.ENDS LM26LVCISD125

Hello Mohd,

I would not recommend a model that relies on the conversion equations alone. Unfortunately, this type of model imagines the device in a more ideal scenario than simulating real-world behavior.
