AWR1243BOOST: Radar API

Hello,

The RadarAPI window should appear automatically when starting mmwave studio. Please see if you have installed the correct MATLAB runtime engine as well.

I have 2 problems : i should install the MRC 8.5.1 la version 2025aSP1 32bits, and the reference of object is not defined AWR1243BOOST. How can i solve this problems ?

Hello,

MRC 8.5.1 is version 2015aSP1 and not 2025aSP1. That is the only version that should be installed. 

I did not understand your second problem. Kindly, elaborate again.

Yes it's the MRC 8.5.1 is version 2015aSP1 32bit. For my second question, in the mmwave studio i have an error about the AWR1243BOOST, there is the error :  [RadarAPI]: Error: The object reference is not defined in the object instance.

Thank you, the problem is resolved. I have a question about LATTICE FPGA, it's an obligation to install diamond programmer for it because i need a license to activate it ?

Thank you for your help. I have a last question about programming dca1000evm FPGA LATTICE, if i wanna integrate signal processing how can i program it, Can i program it using just Matlab ? I have the couple AWR1243BOOST and DCA1000EVM.

Hello,

DCA1000 is only supposed to be used for sending the time domain data out from the BOOST to a computer. We don't support re-programming it for any other purpose.

So the LATTICE FPGA  is only for sending DATA. I have an issue with radar power up despite the presence of firmware BSS radar. How can i fix that ?

Correct.

The BSS FW version is not looking valid. So, something went wrong in loading the BSS FW or the steps before.
