Dear Madam/Sir,

We are using TI-MAGNETIC-SENSE-SIMULATOR to simulate the TMAG5253BA1IQDMRR with different magnets. We have the following questions. Could you please advise? Thank you.

1) In datasheet of TMAG5253BA1IQDMRR, it is said that the sensor is sensitive only to the magnetic field on Z axis.

2) But in online TI-MAGNETIC-SENSE-SIMULATOR tool

a) why does it show the Bx and By Field?

b) Is the device output (z-output) in voltage is equivalent to Bz Field between +/-20mT?

c) If we define the center point of magnet in x-axis as 0 mm, how do we set the sensor in x-axis? Is it from magnet center to sensor center or from magnet center to sensor bottom?

TIMSS is designed to plot the Bx, By, and Bz fields for the Magnet Field Density vs Distance plot.

It would be from the magnet center to the sensor's center.
