HDC3020-Q1: Alert when heater enabled

Customer environment 25C, 5%RH. Then they enable heater full power for 5 min. Temperature goes to 50C. Then sometimes, ALert is asserted and Status register shows "RH Low alert". And "RH low threshold" is 0.

I saw below sentence in HDC3020 user guide. Is it my case? The heater is shut down? Is it expected Alert is asserted? But after heater is shut down, why Alert is still asserted?

"When the %RH reading goes to zero % (or near it), the heater can be subsequently turned off to allow the device to cool down."

    Ryan,

    Have the ALERT thresholds, for flagging or clearing, been modified? What is the ambient RH after the heater is has been shut off, 5% still? The default Clear Alert Low threshold is 22% RH, so the ALERT will not clear until a soft reset is issued, a hard reset is done, or the threshold is changed to be lower.
