Tool/software:

We want to configure the FDC2214 as a slave with the STM32H745ZIT as the master.

Could you please provide sample code for this?

    Hi Vineetha,

    Due to the family of FDC2x1y devices being sensitive to EMI, please note that we recommend the FDC1004 over the FDC2214.  We also do not have any sample code for the FDC2214.  However, we do have sample code for the FDC1004 though at the following link: https://www.ti.com/tool/download/SNVC187

    Hi Vineetha,

    We do not offer code for the STM32CubeIDE.  However, we do have sample code that works with TI's MSP430F5529 microcontroller.   You can download the code by clicking the highlighted link shown below from the page that pops up when you click the link I provided in my previous post.

    After clicking on the downloaded .exe file, you can open the "Getting Started Guide- FDC1004 with MSP430 LaunchPad" pdf file for instructions on how to get this code running with Energia.  Once you have Energia up, you can port the code to your microcontroller.

    Thanks for the response.

    I have downloaded the Energia app, but I am unable to find the sample code for the FDC2214 (for oil level measurement).

    Could you please help me locate the sample code for the FDC1004?

    Hi Vineetha,

    What you downloaded seems to be the Energia IDE.  In addition to that, you will need to download the FDC1004 Energia project, which can be downloaded from the following link: https://www.ti.com/tool/download/SNVC187 

    Here is what you should see once you download the Energia project:
