Tool/software:
I put a small 0.25inch tall aluminum heatsink on my MMWAVCAS-RF-EVM, and it appears to be producing a large peak in the data, how can this be avoided? Do I have to mask out the close range bins?

Hi,
If possible, could you use a non-metallic heatsink or thermal pad instead? If a metal is required, relocate or shield it with absorber so it's out of the direct line of sight of the antenna. You could also mask the close-range bins during signal processing but that's more of a workaround than a true fix.
