IWR6843AOP: Decreasing power and avoid hot temperature for overhead people count project

Part Number: IWR6843AOP
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: IWR6843

Tool/software:

Hello Expert,

Here I have use TI solutions for 5 years. Now I have meet one issue when apply overhead people count project with newly IWR6843AOP ES2.0. The running temperature is hot to 88 °C for 4 hours. And I have found in the spec file, Operating conditions with– Junction temp range: –40°C to 105°C.  We have put the sensor into a small limited box of plastic with little pcba.

My question:

1. So it can worked well for a long running , Right?

2. In such project of  people counting and tracking, If we doing some operations as low power features implementation(xWR6843_Low_Power_Modes) , will the gtrack of people counting and tracking data be lost every some time or period?

3. Any other suggestion of derecase the temperature rising?
