Hello Ti Experts.

i am currently working with the AWR6844 EVB and trying to test SBR demo in the AWRL6844 in-cabin demo using the visualizer.

however , i am encountering an error as shown in the screenshot below, and i am unable to run the visualizer.

i have build the project in ccs and flashed both mss and dss successfully. below are the versions i am wroking with.

- MMWAVE_L_SDK_06_00_04_01

- radar_toolbox_3_10_00_05

- sysconfig_1.23.0

- CCS2020 (20.2,0.12_1.8.0)

Could you please help me resolve this issue?

Hey Jinhyun,

Thanks for reaching out. It appears you may have connected up to the COM ports of the device through another application outside of the GUI. I would check to see if you have any serial terminals connected or another GUI connected up to the device, and close out of any connected applications before relaunching the GUI. Let me know if you have questions.

i am currently running the visualizer in an environment where the image has already benn flashed using the xds110 debugger in CCS.

in this setup , is it difficult for the visualizer to function properly?
