AWR1843: Need Help with the material selection for the manufacturin Process

Hello Everyone

I am working on a AWR1843 Custom Radar PCB design. My design is completed and now I need some help regarding the material I should use for fabrication. I have listed some of the material below so if you can help to choosing the better and cost effective option for my Design Fabrication it would be a great help.

Material List

1. RO6002

2. RO4534

3. RO4003C

4. RO4350B

5. FR4

    Hi Ratul,

    Generally, there is a mix of Rogers and FR4 material.  In our EVM designs the PCB antenna on top layer needs Rogers material and others use an FR4 type material.

    Attached is our EVM stac-kup.

    We recommend that you use a Roger's material with similar specs (Df/Dk) as T.I EVM.
