Hi all,

I am trying to build a radar object tracking and detection using the IWRL6432AOPEVM. I have two questions -

1) Is this evaluation module enough for me to build some applications such as object detection upto 10 meters or do I need any additional hardware? does it have any such dependency. I would like to write my own code and debug it (debugging is important) and also visualise the radar data. 

2) how long will TI support this evaluation board? atleast for the next 2-3 years? Any chances of this being deprecated within the next 1-2 years?

    Hi Vishnu,

    1. IWRL6432AOPEVM is sufficient to perform object detection, people tracking till 10m. You do not need any additional hardware. You can perform debug with IWRL6432AOPEVM as it contains the onboard XDS110. You can connect to CCS and develop software

    2.IWRL6432AOP will go into production in Q4 2025. It will be supported for minimum of 10 years.
