TXS0104E: Please review the schematic

Hi Chase,

Thanks for providing schematic- a couple of notes here. To avoid any leakage through the power supplies, please note that it is not advised to have VCCA> VCCB during translation operation. The external pullups on A/B side can also be removed as the TXS has internal pullups. The OE pin is also overvoltage tolerant and supported by the 5V, though note that the logic thresholds of this pin is still being referenced to VCCA voltage.
