Hi,

I just got a brand new DCA1000 EVM and IWR6843 EVM from TI directly. I am not getting connected to RS232 . I set the S1, S2, S3 switches OFF on IWR6843AOP EVM. Configured Local area , I hit the Set and then Connect on mmwavestudio - GUI . But RS232 is not connecting.

Hope TI has some answer!

Hi Nathan,

Yes I followed all the steps in the link above. The last step data capture is not working..(no dump file, no post proc plots) after hitting : ARM, Trigger , Post proc

Hello,

Can you try a default configuration? If you get through all the steps and trigger frame doesn't cause any data to be collected, it means that there is something wrong with the chirp configuration, preventing it from being able to start up

I used the same chirp config suggested by TI (DCA1000 mmWave Studio xWR1xxx xWR6843) .. please check below.

I reloaded firmware - It worked and I could get postproc working! also created adc data of 4 MB size. I need to read on DCA1000 more to increase file size. Thanks Nathan, Pedrhom..
