Our use case is based on High Accuracy Range Measurement Demo and we have ordered last month from TI shop a 1433 EVM board but it fails to run this demo. Flashing prebuilt binaries fails, we tried different Radar toolbox versions: 1.3, 2.3, 3.10.
After a research it looks like that we received a very old revision A of the EVM board with ES2.0 chip (XIWR1443 7AZDSJ9 964D) that appears to be not compatible with mmWave SDK 2.x and 3.x and Radar Toolbox demos according to the corresponding release notes.
Is there a way to make this board run the High Accuracy Range Measurement Demo?
I tried contacting support to replace this board but they requested me to pass via forum first. To repeat, this is new EVM board we just ordered it from the official TI website a month ago.
