Tool/software:
Dear Team,
Can I use LMP91002 instead of AD5491.

Hari,
Possibly. If the AD5491 is being used purely for potentiostat measuring of a zero-bias electrochemical cell it could be replaced with LMP91002. Keep in mind that LMP91002 uses I2C, and the AD5491 uses SPI, so software would definitely need to be changed.

Hi Alex,
This to read out from electrochemical tatoo sensors.

Hari,
Could you provide that link as an attached PDF instead of a link? My internal firewall is blocking my access to that site for whatever reason.
Thanks

Hari,
I don't think this will be compatible, unless you can show me an electrochemical cell datasheet with more detail. The cells the LMP91002 are supposed to connect to have 3 leads, CE/RE/WE, and do not use a bias voltage. Do you have such a cell to share details on?

Hi Alex,
Thank you very much.
Sensor is in R&D state another team is designing that.
They only suggested the AD device.I used LMP91002 in one gas sensor project earlier.
If I am getting any info I will update you.

Hari,
Understood, thanks for the update. Let me know when you find out more. Hopefully we can use the LMP91002 in the application.
