LM335: What's different Between LM335 and LM335Z ?

We saw the LMx35 of datasheet as below spec,What's different Between LM335 with LM335Z?

about "Z" What`s mean?

if any suggestion, Please advise me.

    Lawrence,

    The LM335Z orderables that are listed at the end of the datasheet are for different package and reel size options. If the datasheet does not call out any difference in electrical specs for the LM335Z variant, then the specs are the same as the LM335.
