I have downloaded SDK 06_00_05_01 version and followed the steps in README_FIRST_xWRL684x.html
There is no problem with the build, but when I try to connect to Cortex_R5 in the debug mode step of CCS, a problem occurs as shown below:
Cortex_R5_0: Error connecting to the target: (Error -2062 @ 0x0) Unable to halt device. Reset the device, and retry the operation. If error persists, confirm configuration, power-cycle the board, and/or try more reliable JTAG settings (e.g. lower TCLK). (Emulation package 20.2.0.3536)
When I select “Connect Target”, I get the same error message.
For the switch settings, refer to the figure:
I would like to ask what the possible reason is?
In addition, I followed the FAQ #3 process in this discussion to set it up

The same error still occurs, so I can only wait for the new version of SDK to fix it?
