AWR6843AOPEVM: "The project does not have a target configuration file." How can I make one?

Based on what you've shared, it sounds like you just need a target configuration file for the AWR6843AOP before you can get to debugging, so follow Section 3.1 Create Target Configuration File (CCXML), though I would still recommend looking through the entire user guide to confirm your steps so far.

I will also note that to debug the AWR6843AOPEVM through the CCS debugger, you will need an MMWAVEICBOOST.
