IWR1843BOOST: Hardware connection error

Hi team,

I'm unable to connect the IWR1843boost device to my computer, it is showing the following error, i have also tried in pc, laptop, but in every case it is showing the same error

Note: I have checked the updates of system and drivers, in every case they are upto date, still im unable to connect the device, please help

In uniflash also it is not auto detecting the device, when done manually it is not flashing

    Vardhan, 

    Do any of the lights on the EVM turn on when you plug the device in? 

    Can you show a picture of the availible COM ports you are seeing? 

    Are you supplying 5V to the device using an appropriate 5V, <2.5A supply through the barrel jack?
