I am looking for the plating thickness specifications (e.g., Ni, Au layers) for the following devices:

TMP117AIDRVR

TMP275AIDGKR

TMP275AIDR

These details are not available in the publicly shared datasheets. Could you please provide the plating thickness information for these packages?

Hi Takashi-san,

On the TMP117 and TMP275 product pages, scroll down to the "Ordering & quality" table, then refer to the links under the "Quality, reliability & packaging information" column. Then you can find information on the material content for different components (such as Ni, Au, etc.) in mg and %.

For the specific plating thickness specifications, we might be able to provide this, however can you please explain the purpose/reason for the request first? Thank you!
