AWR6843AOP: Heart Rate Underestimation by AWR6843AOP in a Treadmill Scenario

Part Number: AWR6843AOP

Tool/software:

Hi Ti experts,

Currently, we are using the AWR6843AOP “vital signs with people tracking” sample code to test people in motion.
The scenario is that the radar is mounted in front of a treadmill.
Through testing, we’ve found that when the fitness tracker already shows a heart rate of 110 bpm, the heart rate output by the AWR6843AOP TLV remains below 80. Could you please advise which parameters we could adjust to correct this?
Or do you have a better approach you could suggest?

thanks,

Vincent
