Hi
I want to measure the temperature of a clamping diode in an ASIC
Can I use the LM95235 although the ASIC is not 65/90 nm technology ?
Is there another IC that is more suited?

Hello ElchB,
The LM95235 can be programmed to operate with either a 65/90nm diode with the "TruTherm" technology enabled OR with a standard 3904 transistor. If either of these options is not for you then you may consider another product.
Products that enable the user to program the didoe n-factor (ideality factor) characteristics and perform an auto-Beta correction algorithm are available such as the TMP432: http://www.ti.com/product/tmp432
There are several other products from the SVA (National) and TI lines that you should consider looking at based on your application's exact needs. Try searching through the "Remote-Diode" and "Remote-Diode + Local" temperature sensors at the link below.
