I want to know whether raw received signal can be extracted into PC from the kit ( mmwave cas rf evm and mmwave cas dsp evm).

Raw signal implies, the signal directly from the ADCs without any post processing.

Yes, the raw ADC data is saved on the PC.

With this kit ONLY the ADC data is provided. The data is not processed
