IWR6843ISK-ODS: Purchased device boards found with scratches, wear, and stains

Dear Sir or Madam,

I purchased 3 IWR6843ISD-ODS boards. After receiving them today, I found that all 3 boards have varying degrees of scratches, wear, and stains. Two of them are particularly noticeable, as shown in the below images (red circled).

    

These do not appear to be new products, but rather used items. I kindly request that you resend new products to me.

    Hi Max,

    The boards are completely new and unused. Since, these EVMs have immersion silver surface finish, they may have oxidized. Except, for oxidation the radar performance will be exactly similar to the rest. However, you can apply for replacement and get new EVMs by replacing these.
