Hello,

I would like to know how I can write configuration parameters to the IWR6843AOP radar via I2C. I’ve seen that the default method is to use UART, but in this case, we are specifically looking to configure the radar via I2C instead.

I noticed that the EVM includes I2C pins on the 60-pin connector, and we would prefer not to use the USB port. Could you please provide guidance or documentation on how to do this?

Hi,

You can use the I2C to configure the device, but you will need to write the software to control the device and configure it over I2C. You can use the I2C driver example as a starting point.
