I and customer found weird symptom on gpio_led_blink example. Please refer below and let me know what I'm missing.

Test environment: AWR2944EVM / mcu_plus_sdk_awr294x_09_00_00_15 / CCS_debug application
Symptom: GPIO toggle doesn't work on Standalone(load from flash) mode and 1st run through CCS JTAG
After some debugging, I found that even controlling GIOSETD memory doesn't work. Only after 2nd run after reload, it starts working correctly. Have you seen this issue before?
