OPT3101EVM: Question about the direction of arrow indicator from LED

Hi experts,

Could you please explain why the arrow indicator is point to OPT3101, instead of point out from the chip.

In my understanding, chip drives the LED to emit light into space, the reflected light from object goes into photodiode and generates current.

So the arrow direction of LED should be point out from the OPT3101, as it’s the TX.
