Dear Officer,

I am currently trying to understand how many people can be simultaneously detected, tracked, and have their vital signs estimated using the AWR6843. According to some documentation, this number is limited to one. However, while reviewing the configuration file for the "vital sign estimation with people tracking" use case, I noticed that the number might be increased by modifying the trackingCfg parameters (e.g., trackingCfg 1 2 800 30 46 96 55).

Would it be possible to increase the number of detectable and trackable individuals up to five while still performing accurate vital sign estimation for each person? I would like to confirm this capability to proceed with my application.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could clarify this matter.

    Hi

    Using IWR6843AOPEVM, it is possible to track upto 5 persons using the 3D people tracking demo. But for vital signs, vitals are computed on only 1 person. It is not possible to compute vitals on multiple persons as there is not sufficient memory store intermediate data of the vitals chain.
