Hi Isogai,
QSPI pins can be left floated if unused. Customer can disable inputs and outputs through IE_OVERIDE and OE_OVERRIDE fields of the respective PAD_ CFG (PADAA to PADAF corresponds to QSPI signals) registers. Customer can also set Pull inhibit field of respective PAD_CFG register to 1.
