AWR2944EVM: D13 and D16 doesn't glow

Tool/software:

Originally, LEDs D13 and D16 were lit, but now only D12 is ON. LEDs D13 and D16 remain OFF. I have not been able to find specific documentation regarding what this status indicates. I believe normally they should all be lit when the device is out of reset. I've tried unplug everything and power cycle it or press reset button, but neither did work. Ever since they do not glow, I cannot use the demo visualizer properly and cannot flash new image (using uart_uniflash_gui.py will result in xmodem error).

  • Board: AWR2944EVM

  • Power Supply: 12V, 3A

  • Software (while it was still working): awr2944_mmw_demoTDM.appimage in SDK ver. 4.7

    Hello D12 is VBAT, 12V input, would turn on when power is connected

    D16 is on the 5V output from PMIC.

    D13 is the 3.3V IO coming from.

    Can you confirm if you are able to connect the board to mmWaveStuio? Becasue it seems like 3V3 SUPPLY is down. Do you have means to probe for the voltages and confirm?
