DCA1000EVM: Differences between the DCA1000EVM and IWR6843ISK & IWR6843AoPEVM connectors

Part Number: DCA1000EVM
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: IWR6843, IWR6843ISK, IWR6843AOPEVM

Tool/software:

Hi,

I'm trying to test real-time streaming of ADC Raw Data over Ethernet using the IWR6843 EVM (either ISK or AoP) and the DCA1000EVM board

The IWR6843ISK board has two 60-pin connectors, and it appears that it can be connected to the DCA1000 via the J6 (60PIN HD Connector for DCA1000).

On the other hand, the IWR6843AoPEVM does not seem to have a connector for the DCA1000. However, according to the link below, it is mentioned that connection is possible.

Could you please confirm whether it is really possible to connect via a standard 60-pin HD connector instead of a dedicated connector for the DCA1000, and explain what the differences are?

Thank you.
