Hi Team
do we have any replacement for MT6813/WSH137/WSH131?

MT6813 is a Hall-effect based angle sensor with several output options. The device has 12-bit resolution for angle accuracy. We have several options of 3D Hall-effect sensors with a digital output. TMAG5170 is in a VSSOP 8 pin package with SPI interface. TMAG5173 and TMAG5273 are in a SOT-23 6 pin package and communicate over I2C. TMAG3001 is also an I2C device but is WCSP.
WSH131 is a Hall-effect switch in SOT-23 and TO-92 packages. It operates with supply from 2.4 to 26V and has a sample rate of 15kHz. It appears that the switch point for the sensor is 2mT +/- 10mT with a release point of +/-1mT from the operate point. We have an assortment of devices of this type that support Vcc of at least 26 V. If this maximum voltage is not a requirement then there is an even wider selection to choose from.
WSH137 looks to be a 1D linear Hall-effect sensor in SOT-23 and TO-92 type packages. I would recommend comparing to DRV5055. If another package may be considered for this, then TMAG5253 would also be good to look into.
Thanks,
