Hi,

Please tell me the min/max value of the I2C pin capacitance (I/O pin capacitance). There was only description of Typ value.

Or, if you have a graph showing the change of I/O pin capacitance, could you please share it?

    We do not characterize a min or max value for I/O pin capacitance on this device. If this is an important design consideration for you application the 3 pF specification should be used in design.

    I understand that there is no regulation for min/max. It doesn't have to be an exact value, but could you advise me that I should assume ± what percentage of min/max?

    This is not characterized information for this device. I would advise to design for a few pF of variation because that is typical of many devices generally. However I can say I do not know of this part ever having an issue when designed into system using the 3pF spec.
