can you help me ? we purchased 1000pcs from TI store. test 1000pcs, 6 pcs indicated low resistance.
Issue:
Failed resistance test - Low resistance
Specification: 65 to 85 kohms
Failure Analysis:
1) Replaced the wire and check the resistance but still out of specs. (indicated 47kohms)
2) Replace the IC and resistance test passed. Affected PN# LM34CAZ/NOPB
