I’m using the AWRL6432BOOST, and my SDK version is MMWAVE-L-SDK 05.03.00.02. When I run the Visualizer, a message like this appears and the Visualizer doesn’t start. What should I do?

Hi Chang,

Thank you for reaching out. It looks like you are using an outdated SDK, please download the latest SDK 5.05.03.00 and try again.

If you still see the same issue then open your device manager with the EVM connected and confirm that the COM port connected to the XDS is the one you see when you launch the SDK visualizer?

Since my device is an ES1.0 board and can only use up to SDK 5.03, would it be possible to install SDK 5.05.03 separately just to use the visualizer?

Hi Chang,

We unfortunately can't support the older ES1.0 board since it is not the latest. Is there any way you can obtain a new board? We can possibly arrange a swap of your current board for a new ES2.1 board.
