IWR6243: IWR6243 vs IWR2243 EVM design differences for cascade use

I’m planning a cascaded mmWave circuit using the IWR6243.
Since there’s no reference design for the IWR6243 EVM, I’m considering using the IWR2243 EVM (AWR2243BOOST or TIDA-020047) as a reference.

I understand the main difference is the operating frequency, but are there any other important differences or considerations, especially for cascaded use?

Also, are the pin assignments and basic package the same between the two ICs? Any differences in power, clock, or SPI/I²C connections I should watch out for?
