IWRL6432AOP: Regarding APP_IDALLOC (Base Address: 0x5800 0000)

The offsets and field descriptions for APP_IDALLOC (Base Address: 0x5800 0000) are not documented in the xWRLx432_TRM_RevC.pdf. Is this region configurable on the IWRL6432AOP? If it is configurable, could you please provide the offsets and field descriptions?

    Hello Sato-san,

    You have been asking a lot of questions on register mappings of 6432. For the ones you are asking for, such as APP_IDALLOC, is there a reason that you need this information? Is something blocking you from using the device in another internal module because of APP_IDALLOC?

    Thank you very much for your kind response.

    We are currently designing an automotive radar ECU using the IWRL6432AOP. As part of this, we are reviewing each module listed in section 2.1 Main Subsystem APPSS Cortex M4 Memory Map to ensure that the necessary modules are properly configured and unused ones are disabled.

    APP_IDALLOC is mentioned in the memory map, but not explained in the TRM. That’s why we asked for more information.

    If APP_IDALLOC is not intended for user access, just letting us know would be sufficient — we do not need the offset or field descriptions.
