How can I fix the USB2ANY error: Address not acknowledge (NAK), I have tried several times disconnecting and connecting the USB and it does not read it, as well as pressing the SW1 button.

Could you please provide a screenshot of the GUI's Data page? Have you installed the TI Cloud Agent?

Santiago,

Do you have any other I2C devices connected to your computer? Are you setting the address on the "Data" page to the default address(assuming the device on the EVM has not been changed to another address variant)?
