PGA460-Q1: Increase time frame of observation of EVM GUI

No, the maximum record time for the device is 65.53mS.  There is a technique described in the post below that can be used to extend the record time, but this would not be applicable to the EVM GUI.

I think it would be difficult if you use the default firmware since there is a checksum that must be calculated.  I would recommend using the Energia firmware described in the app note below.  This allows for streaming the distance data through a terminal like Putty.

This is a 40kHz transducer.  In the code referenced above, we have predefined settings for the Murata MA40H1S-R, which is also a 40kHz transducer.  This is enabled by default.  I would suggest starting with this configuration.  Depending on the signal level they see in their application, they may need to adjust the gain levels as well.  

You are absolutely correct.  Not sure how I mixed that up.  

For this, they should change the BPF_HPF_FREQ to 256.43Khz.  They will also need to change the capacitor values for Cflt and Cinn on the board to match this frequency.  See the formulas below.  This is also available in table 8-1 of the datasheet.

For PGA460-Q1, it is actually table 8-2.  They must calculate and use the correct capacitor values for CINP and CINN.
