TMP300: What are the differences between TMP300BIDCKR and TMP300BIDCKT

Hello I would like to enquire about the P/N: TMP300BIDCKR and TMP300BIDCKT. Could you tell me what are the differences between them? I also noticed that TMP300BIDCKT is going Obsolete will the TMP300BIDCKR also go Obsolete. This is classified as a safety component in my design and I would like to get some information about the near future of this component.

    Hello Peter,

    1. To answer your first question, the difference between TMP300BIDCKR and TMP300BIDCKT is DCKR stands for the DCK package type and comes in a reel (R), while DCKT is also a DCK package type which comes in the older tape and reel (T) packaging. 

    2. As far as I'm aware there are no plans to obsolete the TMP300BIDCKR.
