Tool/software:
I have a custom PCB configured for BOM optimised mode (single 1.8V supply). It's a barebones design with no JTAG adapter on it, so I'm trying to program it using UART with no luck. I don't believe it's going into flashing mode.
SOP0 = 0V
SOP1 = 0V
VDD = 1.2V
VDD_SRAM/VNWA = 1.2V
VDDA_10RF = 0V
VDDA_12RF = 0V
VDDA_18BB/VDDA_18CLK/VDDA_18VCO/VIN_18PM/VIOIN_18 = 1.8V
VIOIN = 1.8V
VPP = Not connected
VBGAP = 0.9V
VOUT_14APLL = 0V
VOUT_14SYNTH = 0V
Clock is oscillating at 40 MHz.
I believe in flashing mode the clock should be disabled, and it VBGAP shouldn't sit steadily at 0.9V?
Do you have any advice?
