Im using FDC1004 in my application for measuring water level. successfully Im able to fetch capacitance data from CN1(level), CN2(RL), CN3(RE) as single measurement. Now Im planning to fetch differential data as suggested in application notes TIDU736A. suggested as MEAS1 = CIN1 (CHA) – CIN4 (CHB). but CIN4 – Floating, no electrode attached. How how CIN4 is in-phase with SHLD2 and how OoP Technique works ? I left CN4 open in my sensor.
